After twenty years experience in corporate and business marketing, Beth would define the entire process as simply the ability to listen and deliver. These are the specific talents, combined with creativity and energy, which she currently applies to the real estate arena for Cedar Creek Realty. Leaving behind the corporate world during the 80's, Beth established a successful marketing company that specialized in business development and change management (guiding companies through growth or declining business). Her clients included publishers, developers, and other interesting prospects in search of profits while adapting to the vagaries of the business climate of the times.
In Arnold, she has the opportunity to utilize her past experience in the far more personal business of finding and selling homes for other folk who love the mountains. Beth relocated from the southern California town of Laguna Beach ten years ago, leaving the ocean behind for the lure of the snow-covered slopes.
Beth knows the school system and the community with the inside perspective of an active parent. The Parker home is always alive with a sizeable contingency of her teenage son's friends, filled with music and serving as ski central.
