Good-sized area mostly on the north side of Arnold (small enclave of lots on the south as well). Offers a variety of settings from 9-hole public golf course to lush forest hide-aways. On the north it is bordered by Stanislaus National Forest for recreational access. Similar to all areas, it is a mix of full-time and vacation use, owners like the convenience of close shopping. Currently about 473 home sites with an agreeable mix that runs from A-frames to luxury homes. Has mandatory HOA but no facilities included. Kline?s Fitness Center, a health club with pool, tennis, workout, and racquetball facilities, is ideally located to serve this area.
