Please abide by the following guidelines during your stay. Failure to comply with the following may subject you to forfeiture of your security deposit and/or additional charges per the rental agreement. Thank you!

During your stay:

• Number of overnight occupants may not exceed cabin limits as published.
• Please bill all long distance calls to your personal account. Violations are subject to a $20 processing fee in addition to actual phone charges.
• Be kind to the septic system. Please put only toilet tissue in the toilet. Take short showers, conserve water, and be careful putting refuse down the drain.
• Important, in the winter, please park 25 feet from center of road for snowplow access.
• Please treat the cabin as if it were your own home. Return things to where you find them.
• Please secure the cabin when you go out. Turn off the lights, lower the heat and lock the doors and windows (help save energy).
• Please be very careful with matches, candles and the fireplace.

Don’t forget, check out time is 12:00 Noon.

Upon departure:

• Please leave the cabin as close to the way you found it as possible. Professional cleaning and sanitizing will be completed after your departure.
• Please return all furniture and objects to their original positions.
• Please wash your dishes and put them away.
• Please make the beds. Don’t forget to take your linens home.
• Please sweep and vacuum major spills if necessary and clean up as needed.
• Please bag and deposit all refuse in outside containers. Secure all the lids on refuse container to discourage animals.
• Please remove all your food and supplies from the cupboards and the refrigerator.
• Please check under the beds, in closets and dressers for your clothes, battery chargers, power supply cords, electronic games, CD’s and other personal belongings.
• Please leave the kitchen stove and oven as you found them.
• Please remove ashes from the fireplace/woodstove if cool, use the ash can if provided.
• Please replace the firewood for the next tenants.
• Please turn off all appliances, the lights, heat and ceiling fans.
• Please close and secure all windows and doors.
• Please fill out the cabin report card in ink. We send these to the owners so they can improve their cabin for your next visit. You may leave the report for the cleaning staff.
• Please return the keys to Cedar Creek Realty prior to 12:00 Noon.
