The same company that developed Blue Lake Springs units 1-13 in the ‘60s with an HOA later developed BLS units 14-16 without HOA. It confuses things a bit, hence the unofficial “BLS West” nickname. There’s no HOA, no CC&R’s, no facilities and no HOA fees– easy enough! The area itself is located just west of Pinebrook. It’s a sunny area with many level parcels.
CCR Insider: Enough nice homes have been built here to set the tone. Even without an HOA it’s a nice quiet area of well-kept newer homes and cabins.
